                                                               The Floral-tastic Journey

                                                                  Step 1: Virtual Meeting:

                                                             Floral-tastic Introduction

                                               Initial 30-minute Consultation (FREE)

           We will send the questionnaire link to the prospective client and discuss preliminary information for event.

           *If prospective client and designer agree to proceed to Step 2, a $75.00

               non-refundable fee is required to proceed to creating a written decor plan.

         

                                                      Step 2: Email/Internet Meeting:

                                                                      A written décor plan 

            In-depth questionnaire link will be sent to client’s email to gather full details

                                                 in addition to the information provided in Step 1.

                  Prospective client will provide pictures and/or digital images of preferred

                                                     décor or special designs for event.

                                    Digital vision board will be created for client with design ideas

                  similar to the final design.  Proposal (includes simplified quote for services,

                                                                  vendors, and materials).

 

                                          Step 3: In-person Meeting (Typically 5-6 months before event):

Upon client’s approval of the décor plan, the Floral-tastic magic will begin!  

Your Floral-tastic designer will provide a detailed invoice of the design(s) for your event and review contract in person. Upon contract signing and payment of a non-refundable 30% deposit

payment; the designer can begin working on the design execution!  We recommend that 

           the client provides swatches and samples necessary to create a comprehensive décor

plan. The designer will create timelines for payment breakdown. Client and designer will

work together.

*The $75 written décor plan fee is credited to the balance if the designer is hired.

            Step 4: In- person Meeting (2 weeks to 1 month before event/wedding)

The remaining balance is due at the meeting.

The designer and client will discuss details and adjust plans as needed.

Designer will provide preview of décor and design for the client and answer questions.
